No person is to place in a woman a human admixed embryo1, any other embryo that is not a human embryo or any gametes other than human gametes2.
Except in pursuance of a licence3, no person is to mix human gametes with animal gametes, bring about the creation of a human admixed embryo or keep or use a human admixed embryo4.
A licence cannot authorise keeping or using a human admixed embryo after the earliest of the following: (1) the appearance of the primitive streak; or (2) the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which
