128. Prohibition of certain activities without consent: Wales.

A person commits an offence if the person does, without consent1, a transplantation activity2 in Wales3, unless he reasonably believes that: (1) he does the activity with consent, or that what he does is not a transplantation activity; (2) the provisions relating to imported material apply4; (3) the provisions relating to preservation for transportation5 apply6.
