Where the registrant asks for a hearing1 or the registrar considers that a hearing is desirable, the investigating committee2 must consider the allegation at a hearing3. Where a hearing is to be held, the registrar must send a notice to the registrant no later than 28 days before the date fixed for the hearing4. Where such a hearing is to be held, the investigating committee (1) may hold a preliminary meeting5 and (2) must determine the matter in accordance with the procedure
