The Human Tissue Authority1 may give directions2 under Part 2 of the Human Tissue Act 2004, the Human Tissue (Quality and Safety for Human Application) Regulations 2007 or the Quality and Safety of Organs Intended for Transplantation Regulations 20123. Any directions given for these purposes to a particular person must be given by serving notice of the directions on the person4. Directions given in respect of any licence5 (including one which has ceased to have effect) may be given:
