The General Council1 may make rules2 requiring registered chiropractors3 to undertake continuing professional development4. The rules may, in particular, make provision with respect to registered chiropractors who fail to comply with any requirements of the rules, including provision for their registration to cease to have effect5.
So far as relating to a person who is a registered chiropractor only as a result of being registered with temporary registration the following apply6. Rules under the above provisions may not impose requirements on that person if he is required to undertake, in his home state
