A person who makes a false representation as to being entered in the register1 as a pharmacist, entered in the register as a pharmacy technician or entered in any part of the register with a particular annotation, commits an offence2.
It is an offence to use the title 'pharmacist' (or its Welsh equivalent) without being entered as a pharmacist in Part 1 or 4 of the register or use the title 'pharmacy technician' (or its Welsh equivalent) without being entered as a pharmacy technician in Part 2 or 5 of the register3.
