Any person who:
(1) intentionally obstructs an inspector1 exercising his functions2 under the Pharmacy Order 20103;
(2) without reasonable cause, fails to give an inspector exercising any functions under the Pharmacy Order 2010 any assistance or information that the inspector may reasonably require from that person for the performance of those functions4;
(3) furnishes to an inspector exercising any functions under the Pharmacy Order 2010 any information that the person knows to be false or misleading5; or
(4) fails to produce a document or
