494. Notices of appeal and hearing.

An appeal1 must be made by giving notice in writing2 addressed to the registrar3 at the offices of the Nursing and Midwifery Council4, and must include the specified information5, state that the notice is a notice of appeal6 and be signed by or on behalf of the appellant7. The appellant must attach to the notice of appeal a copy of any documents on which he proposes to rely for the purposes of his appeal8.
