The solicitor1 must at a reasonable time before the hearing2 send the respondent3 a list of the names of the persons he proposes to call to give evidence and of any documents he proposes to adduce in evidence4; and he must on the request of the respondent send him a copy of any statement of evidence made by such a person and of any such document, and of any other statutory declaration5, affidavit6, explanation or other statement sent to the General Council7 by the person making the allegation8 or made by any person to be called by the solicitor
