Where an allegation1 is referred to the conduct and competence committee2, it must without delay3: (1) send to the health professional4 a notice5 setting out the allegation6; (2) invite the health professional to submit written representations to the committee and inform him that any such representations must be sent to the committee before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the notice is sent7; (3) inform the health professional that he may, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the notice is sent, request
