685. Investigation of allegation by case examiners.

Where an allegation has been made against a registrant, the registrar1 and case examiners2 must, subject to the provisions of the General Optical Council (Fitness to Practise) Rules 2013, Parts 2 and 43, exercise the functions which are conferred on the investigation committee4 to investigate an allegation of impairment of fitness to practise5.
