Where the registrar1 refers an allegation2 to the investigating committee3, it must investigate the allegation and determine whether the allegation ought to be considered by a practice committee4.
If the investigating committee determines that the allegation ought to be considered by a practice committee5, it must refer an allegation of deficient professional performance (or as from a day to be appointed, not having the necessary knowledge of English), to the professional performance committee6, an allegation of adverse physical or mental health to the health committee
