If the investigating committee determines that an allegation1 ought not to be considered by a practice committee2, it may issue (1) a warning or advice to the person who is the subject of the allegation regarding his future conduct, performance and practice3 or (2) advice to any other person involved in the investigation on any issue arising in the course of the investigation4.
