Each practising registrant1 must have in force in relation to that registrant an indemnity arrangement2 which provides appropriate cover3 for practising as such4. If a registrant is in breach of the above provisions, the registrar5 may remove that person from the register or the person's fitness to practise may be treated6 as being impaired by reason of misconduct, and the registrar may accordingly refer the matter to persons appointed by it7 or to a practice committee8.
