Where: (1) the investigating committee1 is considering at a hearing: (a) an allegation2 which relates to a fraudulent or incorrect entry in the register3; or (b) whether to make, revoke, confirm, vary or replace an interim order4; or (2) the fitness to practise committee5 is considering at a hearing: (a) an allegation that the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired6; (b) whether to make, revoke, confirm, vary or replace an interim order7; (c) an order previously made by it, at a review hearing8; or (d) an application for restoration to the register9, the committee concerned must follow the prescribed
