The registrar1 may appoint a panel of medical examiners2 for the purpose of carrying out health assessments3. The registrar must direct the practitioner4 within 14 days to agree to attend before two medical examiners selected by the registrar from such panel5. The registrar must make arrangements for any assessment to be carried out6. The medical examiners must each be required to prepare a report on the practitioner's physical or mental condition which must express an opinion as to whether the practitioner is fit to practise either generally
