The Human Tissue Authority1 may on application grant a licence for activities requiring a licence under the Human Tissue Act 20042.
The Authority may by regulations make provision about applications3 and may, in particular, make provision about the form and content of such an application, the information to be supplied with such an application and the procedure in relation to the determination of such an application4.
The Authority may not grant a licence in pursuance of an application unless the following requirements are met5:
