The regulatory functions of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain1 are now vested in the General Pharmaceutical Council2. The Council must have the following committees ('the statutory committees')3: (1) the investigating committee4; (2) the fitness to practise committee5; and (3) the appeals committee6.
