The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority must1: (1) keep under review information about embryos2, any subsequent development of embryos, the provision of treatment services3 and activities and on request by the Secretary of State advise him about those matters4; (2) publicise the services it provides to the public or provides in pursuance of licences5; (3) provide, to such extent as it considers appropriate, advice and information for persons to whom licences apply or who are receiving treatment services or providing gametes or embryos for use for the purposes of activities governed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990,
