A person who is a national of a relevant European state whose case falls within certain provisions1 of the European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2015, who is permitted to pursue the profession of medical practitioner in the United Kingdom by virtue of having, in particular, successfully completed any adaptation period, or passed any aptitude test, that he may be required to undertake2 and whose fitness to practise is not impaired, is entitled to be registered as a fully registered medical practitioner
