Subject to the provisions of the Chiropractors Act 1994, any person who satisfies the following conditions is entitled to be registered1 as a fully registered chiropractor2. The conditions are that the application is made in the prescribed form and manner3 and that the applicant4:
(1) has paid the prescribed fee5;
(2) satisfies the registrar6 that he is of good character7;
(3) satisfies the registrar that he is in good health, both physically and mentally8;
