Rules must make provision regarding the rules of evidence to be observed in any proceedings before a committee1, including rules as to the admissibility of evidence2.
For the purpose of proceedings under the Dentists Act 1984 Part 3 and Part 3A in England and Wales or in Northern Ireland3 before a committee, a committee may:
