The registrar1 must establish and maintain a register2 of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and premises used as pharmacies3 and for the temporary registration of premises as pharmacies4 in emergencies involving loss of human life or human illness5.
The registrar is responsible for ensuring that an entry appears in the register in respect of each person who or, in the case of a registered pharmacy, premises which is or are newly entered in, or newly restored to, the register, or has or have had an entry in the register renewed6.
The General Pharmaceutical Council may make rules7 with respect to the charging
