If the registrar1 is satisfied that any entry in the register2 has been incorrectly made, he must erase that entry from the register3.
If the registrar has reason to believe that any entry in the register has been fraudulently procured, he must refer the matter to the professional conduct committee4 to determine the question of whether that entry has been fraudulently procured5. If the professional conduct committee determines that the entry has been fraudulently procured, it may direct that the entry is erased from the register6.
