Where a person makes an inquiry to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority1 which concerns the making of a relevant application2 by that person, or a person has made a relevant application to the Authority which the Authority has not yet considered, the Authority may arrange for a duly authorised person to inspect any of the following premises3:
(1) the premises where any activity governed by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 19904 is to be carried on5;
(2) any premises that will be relevant third party premises6 for the purposes of any application7.
