A person is entitled1 to be entered in Part 1 of the register as a pharmacist or in Part 2 of the register as a pharmacy technician if the registrar2 is satisfied that:
(1) the person is appropriately qualified3, his fitness to practise is not impaired, he has the necessary knowledge of English, and where necessary he meets such additional requirements (if any) relating to education, training or experience as the registrar considers are appropriate to that person's case4; and
(2) the person has paid any fee5 prescribed6.
