A person who is subject to a disqualifying decision1 in a relevant European state2 in which he is or has been established in medical practice is not entitled to be registered3 for so long as the decision remains in force in relation to him4. If a person has been registered5 and it is subsequently shown to the satisfaction of the registrar6 that he was subject to a disqualifying decision in force at the time of registration, and that the decision remains in force, the registrar must remove the person's name from the register7.
