Unless an entitlement to provide occasional nursing services or occasional midwifery services1 is continued (or further continued2), the entitlement ceases at the end of the year that begins with the end of the day on which the registrar3 received the documents whose receipt gave rise to the entitlement4.
Where an entitlement is continued (or further continued) the entitlement is extended so as to cease at the end of the year that begins with the end of the relevant day5.
An entitlement6 to provide occasional nursing services or occasional midwifery services ceases if the visiting practitioner concerned becomes established as a nurse
