The following provisions apply where a body corporate carries on a retail pharmacy business1 and:
(1) that body is convicted of an offence under any of the relevant Acts2;
(2) any member of the board or any officer of or person employed by that body is convicted of an offence, or has been guilty of misconduct3, and the offence or misconduct is such as in the committee's opinion renders him, or would if he were a pharmacist4 render him, unfit to be a pharmacist5; or
(3) in respect of premises that are entered in the register as premises at
