969. Disclosure of information.

For the purpose of assisting the General Pharmaceutical Council¹ (including its staff and its committees) in carrying out functions in respect of the fitness to practise of a registrant², or of assisting the registrar³ in carrying out functions in respect of identifying any person entered in the register by virtue of certain provisions⁴, a person authorised by the Council may require a registrant (except the registrant in respect of whom the information or document is sought) or any other person, who, in the opinion of the authorised person, is able to supply information or produce any document which appears
