179. Disclosure of information.

The general prohibition1 against the disclosure of information held on the register of information does not apply where:

  1.  

    (1)     the disclosure is made to a person as a member or employee of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority2 or as a person exercising functions3 of the Authority4;

  2.  

    (2)     the disclosure is made to or by a person engaged by the Authority to provide services to the Authority5 for the purpose of the provision of services which that person is so engaged to provide6;

  3.  

    (3)     the disclosure is made by a person employed by, or engaged to provide services to,
