962. Disclosure of fitness to practise matters in the public interest.

The General Pharmaceutical Council¹ may, if it considers it to be in the public interest to do so, publish or disclose to any person:

(1) information which relates to a particular pharmacist's or pharmacy technician's fitness to practise, whether the matter to which the information relates arose before or after the entry in the register of that pharmacist or pharmacy technician, or arose in Great Britain or elsewhere

961. Impairment of fitness to practise.

962. Disclosure of fitness to practise matters in the public interest.
