The General Pharmaceutical Council1 may, if it considers it to be in the public interest to do so, publish or disclose to any person:
(1) information which relates to a particular pharmacist's or pharmacy technician's fitness to practise, whether the matter to which the information relates arose before or after the entry in the register of that pharmacist or pharmacy technician, or arose in Great Britain or elsewhere
