A person in respect of whom an appealable decision1 has been made may, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which notification of the decision was served2, appeal against the decision to the relevant court3.
On an appeal the court may dismiss the appeal, allow the appeal and quash the decision appealed against or, in the case of an appeal from a decision4, direct that the alert be withdrawn or amended, substitute for the decision appealed against any other decision which could have been made by the General Dental Council, professional conduct committee,
