A person in respect of whom an appealable decision1 has been made in respect of the dental care professions register, may, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which notification of the decision was served2, appeal against the decision to the relevant court3.
On an appeal the court may dismiss the appeal, allow the appeal and quash the decision appealed against or, in the case of an appeal from a decision falling within the Dentists Act 1984 s 36S(1)(d), direct that the alert be withdrawn or amended, substitute for the decision appealed against
