944. Decision of the Appeals Committee.

Having considered the appeal, the appeals committee may:

1.  

   (1)     dismiss the appeal¹;

2.  

   (2)     allow the appeal and quash the decision appealed against, or, in the case of an appeal against a decision to send an alert about a person², direct that the alert be withdrawn or amended³;

3.  

   (3)     substitute for the decision appealed against for any other decision that the person taking the decision could have taken⁴;

4.  

   (4)     with respect to an appeal where the General Pharmaceutical Council has failed to make a decision in relation to a European professional card within the applicable time⁵, enter any decision which
