In the course of proceedings under the Dentists Act 1984 Part 3 and Part 3A1, a committee2 may make such order as to costs as it thinks fit, but may make provision as described below3 only if rules allowing such provision have been made4 and the committee must have regard to a person's ability to pay when considering the making of such an order5.
