831. Consideration of allegations by the health committee.

Where an allegation has been referred to the health committee1, it is the duty of the committee to consider the allegation2. If, having considered it, the committee is satisfied that the allegation is well founded, it must: (1) make an order imposing conditions with which the chiropractor concerned must comply while practising as a chiropractor, known as a 'conditions of practice order'3; or (2) order the registrar4 to suspend the chiropractor's registration for such period as may be specified in the order, known as a 'suspension order'5.
