The Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013 makes provision about consent1 in relation to a transplantation activity2 involving the body, or relevant material3 from the body of a person who is: (1) an adult4; (2) an excepted adult5; (3) a child6 or who has died a child7. Provision is also made about consent for a transplantation activity that involves the removal of excluded relevant material8.
