600. Conduct of hearings.

At any hearing1:


    (1)     the proceedings are to be held in public unless the conduct and competence committee2 is satisfied that, in the interests of justice or for the protection of the private life of the health professional3, the complainant4, any person giving evidence, or any patient or client, the public should be excluded from all or part of the hearing5;
