(1) the establishment of a visiting practitioner1 in the practitioner's home state2 is subject to a condition3 relating to the practitioner's practice as a nurse or midwife4;
(2) the practitioner's name is registered in the appropriate part of the register5; and
(3) for any of the purposes of the Nursing and Midwifery Order 20016 it falls to be decided whether the practitioner's fitness to practise is or may be impaired on the ground of misconduct7,
