A licence for non-medical fertility services1 may be granted subject to such conditions as may be specified in the licence and may authorise procuring sperm and distributing sperm in such manner as may be so specified2.
The following provisions must be a condition of every licence for non-medical fertility services3 and must be recorded4 as may be specified in directions by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority5: (1) the persons for whom services are provided in pursuance of the licence6; (2) the services provided for them7; (3) the persons whose gametes8 are kept or used for the purposes of services
