A licence issued pursuant to the Human Tissue (Quality and Safety for Human Application) Regulations 20071 must designate an individual as the designated individual2 and must not authorise the licensed activities3 to be carried on under the supervision of more than one such individual4. It must be a condition of a licence that the licensed activities must be carried on only under the supervision of the designated individual5.
The licence must specify the premises (other than relevant third party premises) where the licensed activity is authorised to be carried on and must not authorise the licensed activity to be carried
