Where a registrant's physical or mental health is to be considered by the fitness to practise committee1, the committee must be advised by a clinical adviser2 who must:
(1) be present at the hearing at which the registrant's3 physical or mental health is to be considered4;
(2) advise the committee on the significance of any evidence before it pertaining to the registrant's physical or mental health5;
(3) ensure that advice given to the committee under head (2) above is tendered in the presence of the parties attending the hearing, or if the advice is tendered after the committee has
