757. Cases relating to conduct or incompetence.

In cases of conduct or incompetence1, the chairman2 asks the osteopath3 whether he admits any or all of the facts alleged and, in respect of any such facts so admitted, the professional conduct committee4 must record a finding that those facts have been proved5. Where all the facts are admitted, the osteopath or his representative6 may submit that in respect of any complaint7 where the facts have been admitted, those facts are insufficient to support a finding of unacceptable professional conduct8 or professional incompetence9.
