Special provisions apply where a representative1 of a pharmacist2 who carries on a retail pharmacy business3 carries on the pharmacist's business after: (1) the pharmacist dies4; (2) the pharmacist is adjudged bankrupt or enters into a composition or scheme or deed of arrangement with his creditors5; or (3) he becomes a person who lacks capacity6 to carry on that business7.
In these circumstances, the conditions to be fulfilled8 in order that the representative may lawfully conduct the business are that: (a) the name and address of the representative and of the pharmacist have been notified to the registrar9; and (b)
