The registration appeals committee1 may (1) appoint one or more persons to assess and report to them on the health of the appellant or the applicant2 or the standard or quality of the work done or being done by the appellant or the applicant3; and (2) direct the appellant or the applicant to meet with the person or persons appointed and to submit to any examination required for the purposes of their assessment and report4.
Where the registration appeals committee has appointed an assessor, the registrar must serve on the appellant or the applicant a notification of the committee's appointment,
