Where a registration appeals panel determines an appeal1 and the panel's determination is any determination other than a determination to allow the appeal and quash the decision appealed against2, the person concerned3 may, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which notice of the determination was given to him4, appeal against the determination to the County Court5.
