Appeal lies from a direction of the relevant disciplinary committee1 that a body corporate or a pharmacist's representative2 be disqualified from carrying on a retail pharmacy business3 or that any or all of the premises of a body corporate, pharmacist or partnership be removed from the register4, or from the committee's refusal to revoke such a direction on the application5 of the person to whom it relates6.
