Any person with respect to whom a decision of the health committee1 is made2 may, before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which notification of the decision is sent to him, appeal against it in accordance with the provisions described below3.
An appeal lies to an appeal tribunal, consisting of a chairman4 and two other members5, established for the purposes of the appeal in accordance with rules6 made by the General Council7.
