A person aggrieved by:
(1) a decision of the General Council1 imposing conditions2;
(2) a decision of the General Council3 requiring an exempt person4 to complete an adaptation period, or pass an aptitude test, in connection with becoming entitled5 to have access to, and to pursue, the profession of osteopathy in the United Kingdom6;
(3) a decision of the General Council7to send an alert about a person,
may appeal to the County Court8.
On such an appeal the court may: (a) dismiss the appeal; (b) allow the appeal and quash the decision appealed against, or, in the case of an appeal
